Description

The Dufferin Orange Flames is a 57in two-piece ash cue with an orange flame design. Dufferin dry and turn the timber carefully to keep the shaft straight, and cut it to a traditional taper — the gradual profile English-style players expect, rather than the pro taper used on American pool cues.

That taper affects how the shaft feels through the bridge hand: a traditional taper widens steadily from the tip, giving a firmer, more supported bridge on the shorter strokes typical of snooker. The finish is Dufferin's protective high gloss with a scratch-resistant UV coating, which keeps the cue looking right and shields the timber from handling and moisture.
