The Pot Black Cue Repair Kit is an all-in-one blister pack of the tools and accessories for cue maintenance and tip replacement. It is aimed at players who keep their own cue in order rather than sending it out.

Re-tipping and tip maintenance are the two jobs that actually matter. A tip flattens and glazes with use, and once it does it holds no chalk where the ball is struck off centre — which is where sudden, unexplained miscues come from on a cue that was playing fine. Being able to reshape, scuff or replace a tip on the spot keeps a cue playing as it should.

If your order has not yet been despatched we will happily make changes or cancel your order for you.

If you need to make a change, please call or email our team as soon as possible with your order number.

Unfortunately, once an order has been handed over to the courier, we cannot alter or recall it.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We pack all of our items as securely as possible to ensure they are delivered in the best possible condition.

In the unlikely event you have received a damaged or incorrect item, take a photo of the item along with the packing slip you received with the parcel and send them to us in an email.

We will arrange a replacement or credit as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be 100% unused, undamaged, and inside their original, unopened packaging.
