Description

The Powerglide Lion is a 57in three-piece snooker cue: two brass thread joints break the cue into three sections rather than the usual two, which packs down shorter than any two-piece cue and fits a case a two-piece will not. The shaft is ash and the butt hardwood with coloured veneers.

The trade-off with a three-piece cue is that a second joint sits in the shaft, so it suits a player who values portability over the unbroken feel of a one-piece. Brass thread joints draw each section tight and hold that setting through play. A brass ferrule carries an 8.5mm hard leather tip — a narrow tip that puts a small contact patch on the ball, which is what snooker players use for precise cueing on a tight pocket.
