Description

The Universal 9 Ball 112-4 is a 58in two-piece cue with a 12.75mm pro taper shaft and a layered Everest tip. A pro taper keeps the shaft diameter constant for a long section behind the tip, so the bridge hand feels the same thickness through a long follow-through.

The technical feature is the front end. A hybrid density shaft construction combined with a lightweight XTC ferrule reduces mass at the tip, and less mass there means the cue ball is pushed off line less when the strike is away from centre — so a shot played with side finishes closer to where it was aimed. A layered Everest tip holds its shape better than a single-layer tip.
